AWUNEBA AJUMOGOBIA

MRS AWUNEBA AJUMOGOBIA

Awuneba Ajumogobia a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria for over nineteen years, has been a qualified Chartered Accountant for three decades.
She graduated from University of Ibadan with a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Economics and acquired broad professional experience over thirty years spanning several industries in finance, accounting, external audit, taxation, marketing, and advising on measures for improving business performance and increasing ROI at Deloitte and Accenture.
Awuneba sits on a number of Boards both local and international.
She was until recently Independent Non-Executive Director of UAC of Nigeria PLC.

Xổ số miền nam thứ 3Mrs. Ajumogobia gives her time to a number of research, educational and social projects which include her membership of the Board of University of Ibadan Research Foundation, Finance Committee of Musical Society of Nigeria (MUSON), role as chairperson Governing Council of Grange School, Lagos and is on the Executive Council of WIMBIZ (Women in Management, Business and Public Service).

Awuneba remains committed to personal and professional development and is a regular participant at leading local and international institutions in her areas of interest.

DAVID WRIGHT

MR DAVID WRIGHT

An Honours Graduate in Colour Chemistry and Paint Technology from the University of West Yorkshire, UK. David has been in the paint industry for close to 35 years undertaking significant professional and vocational education programs in Business, Finance, Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management, and is highly proficient in application of LEAN management methods.

David has extensive business and manufacturing experience with the leading international paint companies. Initially developing new technologies in the UK and Europe. Followed by stints in Saudi Arabia and India establishing new strategic businesses in developing Marine, Protective, Coil and Powder Coatings markets for International Paint and Akzo Nobel.
Xổ số miền nam thứ 3Moving back to the UK as COO for Blackfriar-Glixtone decorative paints and Oxonica nanotechnology, before returned to Saudi Arabia with Jotun as Operations and Managing Director for their Decorative Marine Protective and Powder Coatings business. Staying in the Middle East David joining Hempel as Regional Director in 2015 and Immediately prior to joining CAP plc as MD was Country Head for Kansai UAE.

MRS UDO OKONJO

Udo Okonjo has had extensive experience negotiating and advising on multi-million-dollar real estate transactions on behalf of clients, including Multinationals, Listed Corporates, Privately Held companies and High Net-worth Clientele. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer/Vice Chairman of Fine and Country West Africa.

Xổ số miền nam thứ 3She is very passionate about real estate as a means of wealth creation and nation building and is convener of the annual Refined Investor Series to provide an accurate roadmap and insight on the Nigerian real estate market. Under her leadership, the West African office of Fine and Country a global network of real estate professionals and entrepreneurs has emerged as a leader in the provision of cutting-edge Real Estate services to leading real estate developers and institutional clients, with multiple local and international awards received over the years.

She is an alumnus of the Said Business School, Oxford Real Estate Programme, the Oxford University High Performance Leadership Programme and the Judge Business School, Cambridge University where she completed an executive management certificate focused on Complex Negotiations, Ethics, Strategic Marketing and Branding over the course of 2 years.

Udo was admitted to the Nigerian Bar Association and New York Bar in 1991 and 1994 respectively and pursued a successful legal career for more than a decade, in addition to having acted as Senior Special Adviser on Legal and Constitutional Matters to the President of the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and being Partner at a leading local law firm, Templars Barristers & Solicitors.

Xổ số miền nam thứ 3Having emerged best graduating female student at the Nigerian Law School, in 1991, she was awarded the prestigious British Chevening Scholarship to study at the University of London, Kings College School of Law, where she graduated with a Master’s degree in Law (LLM) specializing in Corporate and Commercial Law.

Xổ số miền nam thứ 3She earned a certificate in Effective Real Estate Marketing from the National University of Singapore in conjunction with the Dubai Real Estate Institute amongst several real estate and executive courses at the Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University.

Xổ số miền nam thứ 3Udo Okonjo has won and received several local and international awards and recognitions including Africa Real Estate Personality Award and being nominated for CNBC FORBES Business Woman of the year for West Africa amongst others.

AMBASSADOR Kayode Garrick

AMBASSADOR KAYODE GARRICK

Born 26th of September 1954, Ambassador Garrick holds a Bachelor of Arts (Languages) degree from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife. He is the Founder and Director of South Strategy Consulting. He has 34 years diplomatic experience and is fluent in English, French, German and Portuguese.
Apart from several other diplomatic, consular and public service appointments, he was at various times Nigeria Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Brazil, Paraguay and Bolivia.
He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Rio Branco by the President of Brazil. He joined the Board on 21st March, 2013 as a Non-executive Director.

MRS MUHIBAT OMOBOLANLE I. ABBAS

Mrs. Abbas graduated from the University of Lagos with B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Business Administration and has attended various courses organised by IMD, Euromoney, Ashridge Business School and the Lagos Business School.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, with over thirty years’ experience in Internal Audit, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Treasury Management and Pension Fund Administration.
She worked variously as Group Treasurer UAC of Nigeria Plc, Finance Director/Company Secretary CAP Plc, Divisional Commercial Director UAC Foods, Divisional Commercial Director GBO/MDS/Textiles and Divisional Commercial Director Bordpak Premier Packaging and Managing Director of UNICO CPFA Ltd.

Xổ số miền nam thứ 3She was the Acting Chief Financial Officer of UAC of Nigeria Plc. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of FSDH Merchant Bank Limited and the Chairperson of UAC Restaurants Limited.
