Memorial Day weekend is the unofficial start of summer, and for Harmonie and Vi’s wedding mother nature made sure we knew it. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to get to know Harmonie and Vi very long before their wedding, I was excited to be a part of their day not only because they sounded like a great couple, but they also had a uniquely designed wedding.
The wedding ceremony took place at The Village Church in Baltimore. Harmonie and Vi wrote their own vows to each other. Then a second set of vows written by friends and family were read to each other igniting the whole church in laughter at times. The ceremony was beautifully put together allowing everyone in attendance to see the great love that Harmonie and Vi have for each other.
After the ceremony we made a stop at the Baltimore Streetcar Museum for some photos before heading off to the reception at Gutierrez Studios in the Clipper Mills area of Baltimore. Gutierrez Studios provided one of the most unique locations I have ever shot a reception in. During the day they are a custom-design furniture manufacturer, and at night they transform the space into a unique event venue. Not only was the space unique, but the personalized decor that Harmonie and Vi designed and made brought all the elements together perfectly.
Congratulations to Harmonie and Vi on a beautiful wedding and to their new lives together.
